PAYMENT
Your order can be paid for using Direct Bank Transfer . This can be done via a cash deposit or bank transfer and ALWAYS remember to put the reference as your order number.
DISCREET BILLING WITH NO REFERENCE TO STEROIDS APPEARING ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT
On completion of the checkout process you will receive an email containing the full details of your purchase and the information regarding your chosen payment method.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM (UK)
All orders under £200 within the UK are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for and are charged at a flat rate of £8.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
All orders under £200 outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail International signed for and are charged at a flat rate of £8.
You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched and this will contain your unique Royal Mail barcode.
DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £200 IS FREE OF CHARGE
(Remember to select the free delivery option during the checkout process).
In the rare event we do not have the product/s in stock that you have ordered we will make a like for like replacement to ensure the orders are sent out as quickly as possible. Please do not complain or moan if this occurs as those who know this industry realise events can occur without any prior notice and we need to act. We will not accept any returns or make any refunds as replacements will be the same, if not higher dosed than the original order. We now ship to Australia and America BUT these parcels are sent with the buyer taking full responsibility if the parcel is seized by your customers during transition. We have sent upwards of 50 test parcels over the last 3 months and ALL have arrived safely but you do have to remember that there is a slim chance of seizure.
Delivery Time Scales
We do our best to dispatch your order within 3 working days but unfortunately sometimes this is not always possible. What I can assure you is we will dispatch ALL orders as soon as physically possible. We do not post on a weekend as this would result in your order remaining in the care of Royal Mail for longer than necessary.
Once the parcel / your order has left our care and has entered the Royal Mail system you will be provided your tracking barcode and then if you have any questions regarding delivery of your parcel please contact the Royal Mail and provide them with your barcode…there is nothing we can do once it has left our hands.
ORDER STATUS EXPLAINED
- Waiting For Payment – Your order has been placed and we are waiting for the payment to show in your account.
- Awaiting Dispatch – Payment has been received and your order will be dispatched in line with our delivery terms.
- Dispatched – The order has been dispatched and you can use your tracking barcode to check the delivery.
- Partial Dispatch – We have partially dispatched your order and once the remainder has been sent we will update to dispatched.
- PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT – We are still waiting for the payment on this order.
- Cancelled – The order has been cancelled
- INFORMATION REQUIRED – We require further information form you.
- MONEY TO BE REFUNDED – A refund will be made for the order.
- MONEY REFUNDED – The money has been refunded.
IN THE EVENT OF EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AND ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED THEY CANNOT BE CANCELLED
